As REBA Parliamentarian Dr. Klatt is the de facto ombudsman designated to mediate disputes between Broker members of REBA.
In June of 2004 Dr. Klatt completed the course and course work for “Strategic Negotiation Skills” at the Strauss Institute For Conflict Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mediator Demonstration

The panel demonstrated a mediation with a role play in which Susan Garrett was the seller, Lucia Bruno was her agent, Gregg Relyea was the buyer, Mike Stalsby was his agent and Dr. Klatt was the mediator. A question and answer session followed the role play. First American Title Insurance Company sponsored the event presented in the Bistro Room atop the Hotel La Jolla

On March 17, 2005, Dr. Joseph Klatt, Susan Garrett Esq., Mike Stalsby, Gregg Relyea, Esq., and Lucia Bruno presented a Real Estate Mediation Demonstration for REBA members in the Bistro Room at the Hotel La Jolla overlooking beautiful La Jolla shores.

At the Association for Dispute Resolution – San Diego, Inc. breakfast meeting on February 24, 2005. Dr. Klatt presented his most recent paper, “Classical Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Relativity, Super String Theory and Mediation”
